No me funciona. Meto la ip en el navegador y me dice que el servidor no responde. ¿Alguna idea?

a mi no me funciona tampoco tengo que meter las lineas por usb.

Ami no me sale ni por wifi ni tampoco me deja por usb las pongo pero se quedan en naranja no se ponen en verde porque puede ser.las líneas las e testado y funcionan bien
